What's up. I've been driving trucks since august of 2000. Still seems like recent memory in some ways. I started out with a small mom and pop carrier for 4 years running loads mostly to Quebec. I just loved the adventure of Canada, the more remote the better. I got to take one to Labrador. Just loved the nature, challenge, and thrill of going so far away from anything and everything. Its not for the light hearted; breakdowns can become really interesting when one is out of cell phone range. But the memories are there. I never got to Alaska. The closest was to Edmonton. I was supposed to unload in Edmonton and reload for Alaska. Of course that fell through and I ended up just coming back with a load south. Then I ran 6 years of line haul. If you have any questions about the Pennsylvania Turnpike, ask me, I've ran it enough to know the whole thing by heart. Now I work fulltime outside of trucking and just dabble part time for an agency. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
