Hey dude! OOIDA is for Owner Operators Independent Drivers Association. Get ya discounts on some things, they have a drug testing consortium (great for the owner op to cover their drug testing stuff), and a bunch of other stuff. I haven't joined yet, but my dad is a member.

They also keep drivers and owners up to date on the latest garbage, I mean regulations and things like that.

We have over a week to go here before school starts. Lucky for me, my youngest, and the only one still at home is almost 16. No alvin and the chipmunks here! I hardly ever see him.

you're acting as his dispatcher/ office dweeb....LOL you are the first line of contact between the customer/broker and your dad. You have to come off real professional when talking to the brokers. They are like sharks if the smell any ounce of fear or indecision they will try to take you to the cleaners.
