Start local, or regional. You'll get better experience, driving, parking, backing into all sorts of crazy docks, city traffic, residential, and especially how to deal with customers, dispatchers, bosses and other truckers. I am new to the forum, but have been P&D, OTR, Containers and Carhaul, for the past 10 years.
