do you already have the tank endorsement too? for LTL that will need to go along with the Haz endorsement.

    Columbia, SC here.

We are usually sitting at 400+ bills a day inbound and probably 300+ bills outbound this time of the year. I think we are doing 2/3 of our usual volume. So yeah, things have cooled down a lot in my area.

I have every endorsement except Hazmat and School bus. But yes I have tank. I have doubles/triples, tank and passenger bus and am adding Hazmat

So 300 bills is individual deliveries a day theoretically one bill could be say 10 pallets to one customer correct?

I have a question for you FedEx Freight guys (could also apply to ABF) most LTL companies work Monday-Friday. However I see ABF runs some triples on Sunday night and FedEx and the others always have a few guys going on Sunday night. I assumed like with Estes the guys out on Sunday night were just extra board guys, but are there actual Sunday night bid runs that some guys have?

Those Sunday runs at FXF could be volunteer work for overages. May even be a bid run depending on the service center. The hub I work out of has Tues-Sat day run bids. Sunday work probably isn’t very common for regular work over at FedEx.

    jmz and Mike2633 Thank this.

That’s possible, but it would be rare.

It's a food shortage out there. Didn't you know? I've already been getting used to eating crickets and worms to stay ahead of the game.
