They're hard to get on with from what I heard

 

So were alot of companies, but this was post pandemic EVERYBODY was hiring and at TOP pay too

 

Long time ago you had to almost buy your way into a Ltl job.

Now we are paying $10,000 sign on bonus.

 

And how would that be possible lol

 

You had to know somebody...or do some favors. Use your imagination.

 

I'm happy Estes is a private company. The pandemic helped us guys by a mile and even when it got slow... Furlough were voluntary.

 

No complaints by me, at a public company. Pandemic was alright by me. Lol
