I'm getting ready to apply with PAM Transport. I'm an experienced driver that's been away from the trucking industry for 6 years. I'm curious to know since I have to go out with a trainer, would me and my trainer be dispatched as a team? I know some companies like Schenider don't dispatch the trainers truck as a team. I'm pretty comfortable with driving but would prefer not to be dispatched as a team. Any info on this would be great.
