CB shops are almost dead, but you should be able to find a good selection on Amazon. You can find a lot of installation videos in YouTube.

I had a HR2600 (basically same as HR2510) in my truck for a bit years back. It was an outstanding radio with excellent receiver and outstanding on SSB. I took it out after a short while due to the display being very hard to read making it a pain to operate. Controls weren't that user friendly while driving either. I would also question putting a radio that is probably 30+ years old into a truck and bouncing it down the road, but that's your call.
