They don’t pick up their phones. They don’t answer emails.

 

Nobody has their insurance on file?

 

I found the contract. They used highway when we signed up in the summer of 2025 and sent the paperwork through highway. We did the set up but didn’t haul anything last year.
That’s what I suspected.
On the contract, they don’t disclose their MC number, nor DOT.
The contract is between HUB CITY TERMINALS, INC, a Delaware corporation, located at 2001 Hub Group Way, Oak Brook, IL 60523, on its behalf and behalf of Hub Group, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and devisions, each of which may tender freight hereunder from time to time (collectively called “HUB”) for the mutual benefit of the parties.

On Safer, I don’t see insurance provided.

But there is MC# and DOT# for Hub Group Inc.
