Do you live within 50mi? Their trucks are 10yrs old or older. If you are OK with running illegal?

Talked to a recruiter from there today. SOUNDS good.... and they are opening a terminal in Elkhart, IN. So this may be an option for me. However after reading some of these posts, I definitely have some questions I will be asking when I talk to them again.

Looks like all of their equipment is 10-15 years old or older. Check the cost on their healthcare. Why they don't run spread axle trailers is beyond me.

Well I'm single so the healthcare runs about $40 a week. The guy did tell me the trucks are older like 2010. But he said the whole Fleet is 2010. They are getting ready to move to 2015's. He said when they make the switch they will all be 2015. They usually run their trucks up to 900k miles. They buy them at 300k miles. I believe he said they were Internationals. All manual transmissions. Also the training runs about 12 weeks. Apparently for insurance reasons it's a little longer for students with no experience.
