Hurricane express ripoff

The funniest thing is that one of the California based Indian carriers copied their name. I used to see their trucks on the I-40 and wondered what anyone can do when your name gets copied by those dudes. Probably nothing.

 

If the name is officially copyrighted and trademarked then yeah,they might get into trouble (cease and desist,possible litigation, etc.).

 

I saw a video on YouTube a while ago with the owner cursing his drivers, or something to that effect.

I believe the owner has very long hair if I’m not mistaken. But whomever he was , this guy was really badmouthing his drivers.

 

Does Michael Bolton still own this company?

 

Ha ha. The owner does look like Michael Bolton. I couldn’t place what singer but that’s the one.
