As of Friday the 20th, the truck was in Douglas County sherrifs impound lot, as of today the 22nd they settled out of court..... on Sunday. Someones a liar, that's all I'm saying..... otherwise you would have jumped on, posted your story, and been done. You and your time line are fictional.

I'm confused, did you sign a driving contract to do mechanical work?

Just putting my 2 cents worth in, take it, leave it, it matters not....

They are in Siloam Springs/Concord, OK. I just called them to see what they had to say. They are an O/O, L/P operation only. Now GET THIS!!! They are getting 30 NEW Pete 386's. Here's the breakdown directly from the horse's mouth....

TRUCK PAYMENT: $105.00 PER DAY! (every day your under a load or dispatched)
IFTA, TIRE ACCOUNT and REPAIR ACCT, ETC: $35.00 PER DAY! (same as above)
TRIPAK: $15.00 PER DAY! (same criteria as above)

TOTAL = $155.00 PER DAY while dispatched on a load.

TIME OUT = 4 - 6 weeks! HOME TIME: 2 - 4 days (if you live in AR or OK, you may get "through the house" more often).... yeah, right! They run primarily I-40 to CA and back to East Coast and A LOT of NYC and New England.

So, let's assume you are out for 30 days, then home for 2. In that time period (to be fair) let's say you "sat" not being dispatched for 4 days. That would then make the "dispatched" days = 26. So, 26 X's $155.00 = $4030.00!!! Not including FUEL, etc.

I told him that that was extremely expensive. Then the guy (Eddie) had the audacity to say, "If you can find a better deal than what we offer for a better price, I'll buy everyone of them you can find." I told him about a friend of mine with Hills Bros. and what he was paying (apple for apple) and that his bring home (gross) averages $1100-$1200 per week. There was a moment of "duh" silence, then "Eddie" said that their drivers gross bring home is between $700 - $1600 per week according to their running habits, etc. I said to Eddie, they bring in that much even with having to pay $4000.00 a month??? I should have asked him how many miles a week they averaged, but never got to that point... I just told him thanks, and hung up. But I suppose (and can almost guarantee) they are another outlaw company that will soon be out on their ear, change their name, and swindle more drivers out of their monies.

So... my honest opinion .... STAY THE HECK AWAY!!!

Yes, I was reading through some of these comments and had to chime in. The original post is from several years ago and not entirely true. For the right driver it is a good program, although it isn't right for everyone. I try really hard to be honest and upfront with drivers about the program and make sure they are well informed and aware of expectations we have of drivers and they should have for us. Anyone who jumps into a decision of this magnitude should be doing lots of research and gathering all the information that they can in order to be successful. I'm a lazy recruiter and like to bring drivers in happy instead of doing a lot of work after the fact to try and make them happy once they are here. :)

I was with them 3.5 years and they are not that bad and I can honestly say I was grossing around $300,000.00 a year they did get their hand slapped by DOT and cleaned up their game allot. The guys who like paper logs and fast trucks will love them, because if you can do a turnaround in 7 days you will have a good 6,000+week, shhhhhh did not hear that from me.When I actually put pen to paper while waiting at produce house, I broke it down with fuel, truck note, and insurance , with the MPG I was getting CPM was $1.70....I left them cause I was getting burnt out, I was staying out 5-6-7 months at a time (daughter was deployed had no reason to go home). Now with a company on E-logs and will never go back to paper enjoying the sleep and dont get harrased
