Husband almost done with Mentor, question about more experience....

You don't have a DM when you are out with a mentor. He finally called Driver Support and they tried to call his mentor. No one was able to get a hold of his mentor but his mentor, finally after over 28 hours showed back up at the truck. Apologized and said he had an "emergency".

 

Not based on all the deciding factors.

 

Apology NOT accepted is what I'd tell him. Then my next call would be to the company asking for another "Mentor"...and asking if they (the company) accepted the current Mentor's excuse...and if they did (and I sat clueless for 28 hours) and they didn't compensate financially, we would all be saying our good-byes.

People are SO star-struck (for whatever reason) to join this industry, that they will put up with behavior that would get others thrown in jail or fighting in court, were it to happen in any other form or industry.

Have some respect for yourselves people!

 

I haven't seen respect or courtesy in so long, I forget what it looks like. I bet it nice!

 

Those two words aren't in the English language anymore that I know of.
