I didn't mean to veer the topic off track was just commenting on some things I read in DLF's post. My point was experience isn't everything but sure is a leg up if you have it and are able to draw from it. My experience, vision, and ambition is limited to whatever it takes to run my one little truck and live comfortably. I have no illusions whatsoever about being a dispatcher or broker. There is a market for what you're trying to pull off but I don't think anyone has risen to it yet. As far as CHR goes (or you could say this about any brokerage) there are certainly stars there, wheat amongst chaff. I know an agent at one of their branches who would certainly qualify as one. He's not sitting behind a computer hoping someone calls he's getting it done. Some people just have a natural ability at whatever path they have chosen. Slackers, shirkers, and clockwatchers are to be found in any organization. The cream rises to the top wherever they go.
Chimpanzees with keyboards. That's what I call them. Brokerage offices are FULL of them. You could throw all the computers into the monkey cage at your local zoo and pretty much get the same results. Only the monkeys work cheaper and are a LOT more entertaining.
