Hydraulics not working

Ok so my tractor hydraulics work fine but the trailer will not move I hit the lever goes up very slow about an inch and then just stops ??? I recently change the pump but it was working OK for a few weeks ... Also at the control valve body on the tractor I’m here in air but I can’t see where it’s coming from??? How old one on Viber is down on the trailer and blew a line ??? Gezz what a day ... any input is appreciated
