LOL hell no. that's classic lunch counter talk. I indulge in it now and then. Only I don't try to pass it off as anything but. er.. oh wait...

 

The addiction post I made is from my first hand learning through years of pain management.

I use anti hystimine like benedryl in very large doses like 4 tablets three times a day. My specific withdrawl involves the closing of nose and windpipe to oxygen. And it creates a medical emergency known as air starvation blood oxygen drops nausea kicks in and it's bad for about 3 days. After the third day Im sharp in the reality, no drugs in my system and im a mite mean and cranky. But it's very very minor because my doctor trained me with knowledge over the years as to WHY my mind and body gives me trouble the way it does and I manage it. I say victory is mine. I am my own master. Not the medicine.

So it hurts. Fine. Shake it off, go play cards or watch a movie with the ex or something fun. Enjoy the life.

In my town, we just busted three people 6 blocks away who had 180,000 dollars worth of meth powder, about 4 pounds. Enough to give 14,000 people a powerful dose. Very dangerous predators if you ask me, hooking people so bad that it kills em through the addictions.

I fight battles the same way I fought trucking problems in the mountains. In life. It's been a good ride.

My ex and I fought after divorce a few months it's classic and common. But.. we worked at it to be friends because our families have divorces also with very bad fighting. Breaking the circle was necessary. But none of that loving on each other beyond food I guess. We cook for each other. If that's not love I don't know what is.

 

I'd cook for my ex but she wouldn't eat it! Nore would I eat anything she cooked me lol. But I'm glad you were able to be civil and friends with yours

 

I understand. We did tease one another about poison. But... there is too much love and care for that to happen.
