I might try the one meal a day. You beat me on blood pressure. At my last DOT physical(two months ago) my blood pressure was 124/68mmHg in the left arm and 130/72mmHg in the right. Pulse was 74. Two years ago, out of curiosity, my doctor checked the blood pressure in my left ankle and compared it to the pressure in my left arm. The readings were pretty close. This was NOT part of the physical. I am 54 years old.

I tell people all the time do not rely on your blood pressure reading simply at the doctor. Most of us read much higher at the doctor even though you had some good readings. It’s $35 for a blood pressure machine at Walmart. Buy one. Check at four or five times a week at different times of the day specifically in the morning when you first wake up, write it down for 30 days and average it out that is your true blood pressure. There are millions of Americans on blood pressure medication’s. That probably don’t need to be. Why? Because they go to the doctor once they get a high reading and the doctor immediately pulls out of prescription pad and put them on blood pressure medication’s for the rest of their life. Meanwhile they go home that night after visiting the doctor relax and the blood pressure is normal. Blood pressure pills lowering it below where it needs to be. I’m not saying some people don’t need it, obviously some people do need to be on it but I’m willing to guess about half Americans that are on that crap don’t need it. And even if you are out of shape and you have high blood pressure 30 to 60 days of a proper diet and exercise program can bring it back to normal for most people. A lot better than a lifetime of prescription medication that will cause other problems.

I watched several videos and the info on the chart can vary slightly depending on the doctor.

Fasting fasting fasting. I’ve been battling high blood pressure now for about 10 years. When my weight goes down my blood pressure goes down. IF it’s still to high I won’t eat at all for as many days as it takes to get it down to around 120/65. It works. Measure your blood pressure every day and every day you don’t eat it will go lower and lower until your legal. No you won’t die and you will even feel better the less you eat. You will wake up feeling great.
Lonwolv54 and silverspur Thank this.
