Very lucky the timing prevented you from ending up in his direct path, but not by much.
Types like that make me wonder if anything would ever straighten them out. Doubt it.

You know he's not saying that, he's making a generalized comment about west coast truckers.

Those California based produce haulers stop for no one.

Wow, that's nuts. Hopefully the lady he hurt recovers quickly. If she really has two broken legs....dammn. What a PoS to do that garbage.

Freakin road rage. Just like the guy who passed me this morning on 70 in KS. Jumped around me and then slammed on his brakes. I had to swerve to avoid rear ending him. Thank god no one was beside me. Then when I got beside him, he is flipping me off with both hands. I'm like, WTF dude, on the CB. He said I cut him off a few miles back and was paying me back. Are you serious? I passed him then had to slow down for the reduced speed for toll booths.

I've got my memory card out of my dash cam and will look at it later. Hopefully it was light enough out to catch his truck number and company. Guys like that don't need to be in a truck. It's like they put anyone behind the wheel in a big truck anymore. Anger and raged driving like that doesn't have a place in this industry.

It's really scary to me when i think about how driving has changed over the years..... mostly in the last 5. No one can stay in their lane. Or maybe slow down 1 mph to left a truck in the left lane over so the 25 other drivers can pass after 10 minutes of the back end of two 65 mph trucks. And most of all Drivers are contemptuous of fellow drivers.... What's up with that b? i wave as i pass and i get looked at like i owe them money.....

I laugh at the comment of it being noticeable in the last 5 years. Its always been like that and even worse when JB and Schnider was doing 58 and 59. I'm right behind them in my 60 mph gold crst cabover honking the horn because its really going to take me a long time to pass both of them now :). But the guy in Amarillo seem like he was trying to kill somebody and his self the way he was driving.
