I’ve have to park there when they closed the pass to oversize when it was 40 and raining at the summit. Absolutely no reason to put restrictions up.

 

A couple years back. A truck broke down on the on ramp and managed to park in the dirt. 20 ft away from the on ramp lane.

Some lady took the on ramp and somehow managed to drive in to his trailer. 20 ft away from the lane. She died on impact.
