Do you have ports in fla.
They always need help moving around the imports that comes in to the yard.
I know in Va they will hire and even teach you to get a cdl.
They do pay by the hour and you do not work everyday and you do work some crazy hours but atleast you are gaining exp.

I had a friend that just started doing this maybe 6 mos ago. He work some crazy hours but I think it paid off for him. I know they offered him a but he wanted OTR so he went with some one else. he went with a local company that he found working in the yard.

 

Yes we got the jaxport here. only real thing doing any hiring for any decent money. some of it is really good also. all they require is to be hazmat endorsed and have a twic card . and the easiest way to get the twic card you have to have a passport.

I see your in VB so i guess you are talking about norfolk. I heard there was good money out there if you can get on. There is a big paper plant out there in suffolk .
