I am about to give up!

well it seems that report is quite old and they had a bad rap but seems like they are tryin to get it rite as with all companies when you start you got to figure it all out and a new company startin it takes about 5 years to get it all rite.now with old timers like myself this company has got a chance to get it rite as we know what we are doing and just this morning I got a call from them and it was benny hill.this was a first for me as you usually get called by recruiters and such.I think they are tryin to get it rite and by the way even if they werent look at other companies out there there are worst just look at hurricane express.

 

And I just read the stats and JBS is down from 2 years ago so tells me its gonna get better there are still companies out there thats worse

 

Keep those blinders on, and good luck. You'll need it with numbers like that!

convicted or not, to werner your guilty. cause they do a lot of runs across the boarders they want a clean record. try transam right now their hiring convicts cause they are desperate after screwing so many lease drivers they lost a lot of there contracts for not being able to keep up with the demand, but what ever you do dont leese with anyone!!

 

Got home yesterday. I'm two weeks into training, and My dispatcher called Fri. and told Me that because of the bad weather My second trainer was not done with His last student. She said I could wait it out in the hotel or they would send Me home and give Me a call when He is ready to pick Me up. The worst thing so far is riding on the big dog to get there and home. I realy want to get the training over and start driving My own truck. Scott

 

Ever think of doing some volunteer work driving would get you experiance.

Your saftey Dept will never know how many pull ups or GOALs you had if you get in safe. But they will know how many that you needed if you hit something. 1 more than you did.
