When you start a new career (any career), your options are limited due to your lack of experience. The grass isnt always greener on the other side. -
True and true. I'd go as far as to say seldom greener.
Based on my experience it is greener about 15% of the time and 85% of those turn out the same only different. So I'd say I have scored 2.3% (.15 * .15) of the time in 38 years in the work force when I have chased greener pastures.
Sometimes you must change to get what you are worth or to move up. I'd not do it under any other circumstances and then only with 6 - 12 of time in. I consider 4 jobs in 3 years barely acceptable. -

Try relocating I moved from MD to AZ where the schools are cheaper and the big white screw company has its main terminal. I can't decide though. School or company training. School seems better though
