If the guy was trying to hook back up and leave (trailer was dropped when I parked there, with the bobtail next to it), I am glad he hit me and not a family out on I29!

I'm usually pretty level headed but I'd have a hard time not punching someone in the mouth if that was my star

 

I was doing laundry inside when they paged me. Immediate sinking feeling...
Luckily, some Canadian guys were there and stopped the idiot from trying to pull out from under my truck.
I will admit, when I saw it I was heading straight for the fool when the other driver pointed him out. The officer got right in my face and told me to "stand over there, it isn't worth going to jail for". She was of course, quite correct.
32,000 miles on the truck at that time, and was so sick it was beyond description.
I posted a video of it on Youtube under "Idiot USA Truck driver", which didn't amuse the claims guy when he found out for some reason...
At the end of the video is the driver attempting to walk the line. You can see he was wasted.

I'd be kind of pissed if old Brian didn't take me along on his vacation! Seriously, I went to make a phone call one time in response to a message someone else took. So I called the number, and thinking the guy who wrote the message had a brain fart, I asked for Brian. The gal who answered the phone said, "Nobody here named Brian. Did you want to talk to Brain?" Yep, that was what the guy went by. I never did find out if that was actually his name, or just a name that he went by. . .
