If you wait, you'll be waiting forever... IMHO
Make yourself as comfortable as possible for the time you have.... You can adjust later, but at least then you won't be wanting...

True, I;ll probably get one when I found out what's up with this truck. If I ever find out.

Well I made it home. My truck is fixed(hopefully stays that way). It certainly feels like it's shifting a lot better. It was interesting getting back home as well. I had to take IL-114 to IN-10 to cut across to I-65. Well little did I know that 10 is closed on a small bridge right over the state line. So guess who got to drag their truck and trailer around some crappy little county roads as a detour? Good thing I decided before I left to move the tandems all the way forward because I was empty and I like the turning radius. Don't think I would've made those turns otherwise. it was.....exciting.

This week was fun. Started out in Chicago where I had an adventure when i missed my turn downtown and had to find my way out. Got sick friday night trying to get home and stopped for the night at a truckstop to try and rest. I still feel horrible andmy symptoms are pointing towards possible appendicitis(i really hope it's not) so monday i'm going to a doctor to get checked out. going to have to leave a message on my fleet managers voicemail letting him know so he doesn't send me a load. I did qualcomm them friday when i started getting sick to let them know why I'd be late dropping the load in NDY so hopefully there won't be a problem. Does anyone know if insurance kicks in 90 days after i first start or 90 days after I go solo? either way I'll have to go to the doctor, with or without insurance. I can't ignore this if it is indeed what it's acting like.

after your first 90 days
your first day of orientation start your 90 daysFlareblitz Thanks this. -
My insurance card, which i just looked at, says coverage effective date: 5/31/2015. convienient timing. Left a message with my fleet manager letting him know what was going on. hopefully should be no problems, I mean if this is what it is acting like, it would be dangerous to ignore it. I let him know i left a qualcomm message on friday so i should be ok.

Yea, I've had mine removed. You don't want to wait long to get it looked at.

Good luck with that. Hope it all works out.
I'm packing my things and leaving for CDL school in a couple hours. Start tomorrow and should be done July 1st. Looking forward to this new adventure.Flareblitz Thanks this. -
Good luck rack! Keep us informed on how it goes. And remember, use your own common sense. Don't be like the chick in my CDL class who depended on the instructor to tell her when to stop when backing or you'll do what she did. Backed over the curb, through the fence, down the hill and into the trees. She did not pass. lol
