    You are essentially telling him to quit trucking. People join Western Express because nobody else will take them. So if he quits he will pretty much be done in this industry. It doesnt have to be this way. I have had a lot of employers try to dick me around. I pushed back and they backed down and caved to my demands. I could have just gotten lucky. But i dont think so. I think having balls is the answer. With balls he can get his way at W.E. long enough to move on to greener pastures.

    I agree that he needs to have pushed back/stood up for himself....I assumed he already had done that though....

    No man. He even said he kept asking "what ever happened about my hometime?", like a supremely trained puppy dog asking for a treat. And they just kept blowing him off and he keeps accepting it.

    Actually they have your hometown listed in the upper right hand corner of there computer screen when they pull up your truck, and it's pretty standard practice to make sure you get no where near the place.
