But, how many lives have they ruined before they are caught? And do these people whose lives have been ruined get any type of "recovery" help? And if they do, who pays for it.

I agree that there are a lot of upstanding companies in this country. Some big, some small. The trick is trying to separate these out from all of the rip off artists out there. BEFORE you actually go to work for them.
