For your own sake I hope you are a troll, if you are serious there is no hope for you tomorrow.

Son, I have 9 YEARS experience on you, as do the majority of people posting here. Including those who choose not to advertise how many years they have been driving.

    You're still a student.

    Second, I have to ask.
You have 2 years exp. 1.5 of that as company driver for TMC. The rest split somewhere between Arnold and Land Star? Where did you think that was enough experience to become an owner op?

For those who have never lived in the frozen north country. Pushing in the clutch before cranking the engine can make the difference in whether or not the truck starts. It is not so much the case these days because cold engines start much better than they did 40 years ago. Years ago with cold cold batteries, thick oil, and a stone cold engine, starters needed all the help they could get to spin the engine.

Richter will avoid this thread now because he's been exposed as a wannabe know it all. He will move on to preaching his wisdom and start fights with others. Check out the flatbed forum where he's asking about which color trailer wire he should use for his dump valve going back to TMC. People won't answer him because if they did he will just argue and tell them why their answer isn't correct. Some guys just dont get it.

I know. It's just that, sometimes I have a raging desire to beat my head against a brick wall. Even if it is metaphorical.

x#1, the best pain reliever I have found is time with my family.
Until I get the urge to cal dispatch and beg for a load. I'm at that point now.
Still got a day and half till its time to go back.
Don't get me wrong, I love my wife and kids.

But the road calls after a couple years.
It gets in your blood, , like a bad disease.....that leads to spending time doing what I love.
