There is something vital that is missing here. WHERE THE HELL IS THE DUCT TAPE?

While I rarely load them anymore, I used to get these stainless coils that are so thin you'd think it was foil.
absolutely no chains allowed on them.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Didn't the stainless require tarps?
Mine always did.
Most part I won't haul any coils. Unless I'm desperate for a load.
But I've found it's quicker to run empty to a better load.cnsper, passingthru69 and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
Looks like three coils banded together, square lumber, no friction mat. Does look like there is carpet or similar for edge protection. That would still make me nervous.

The loads did require tarps. the product was also wraped, but they wanted tarps and paid for it. the loads paid good and put me back in good lane for better loads, so it was ok. Paid my dues hauling them, now it is only if I want or have a real need to take one to get somewhere. other than those reasons, don't touch them.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
NOPE. NOPE. And NO.
Steel chain through the eye. Always.
Watch those straps get cut proper and that coil is going to kill a family next to you.cke Thanks this. -

I do not see anything holding the dunnage in place.

I never can tell with coil cradles....
