How in the heck do you apply online to the LTL side? I called a week or two ago and the woman in Nashville said to apply online.

    Google Conway Ltl

Then follow careers up at the top.

Then you will see the arrows on the right and choose the LTL. It takes you into some more specific info.

I'm not finding it either. I'm still looking though. If I can't.......I'll call and demand the little girlie recruiter gives me an online addy. That way........they won't know it's you.

    Okay I've got it.

Do the job search.....then choose one. Scroll down the list of choices and pick one. They'll have a choice of apply. Click on it.......do the yes I accept your stupid blah blah stuff ......and then it'll pop up the application.

    Google Con-way Freight.

    Click careers.

    Click LTL driver.

For job field scroll to drivers.

For location scroll to United States.

For sort by it's easiest to do it by ascending or descending so it's alphabetical by state.

Didn't see anything for Nashville but some other Tennessee locations were hiring which gets your app online - if contacted tell them you want the Nashville location and see what happens.

The location I was hired at was not hiring in December 2003 and they hired me in December of 2003 - and a few others a month or two later. If I remember right, I applied in May or June of 03 online and was ready to haul trash while completing my degree to do something else when they called me. It is what it is - a good LTL job with a ton of BS but I can say I'm glad they called.

The application is the hardest I have ever seen.
Be sure to have all of your work history, dates and former addresses correct.
