Been my experience if you need to use those lanes and then get your behind back where you belong They do not flinch. You get in the third, and except for getting on 20,the 4th lane and ride they will light you up.
Known two guys to get those tickets. Both lost in court and got slapped with court costs.
I got a ticket

This is why you buy prepaid legal.
Report it to the company.ask who there prepaid legal company is..and sign up.
You'll pay a higher fee since you waited until you got a ticket..but..you won't have to appear or take days off.
Don't be stupid and try to save a few dollars.
Driving 600 miles every day puts your cdl at risk.protect it. -
Prepaid shyster
Save your money, pay the ticket. Go to court get $500 added in court costs because your wasting everyone's time.
YMMV -
Personally, I would just pay the fine, and tell the company. That would be the least hassle option. It is unfortunate, and you really can't afford to get too many violations. Most companies ask if you have had more than two moving violations in the past three years. So yeah, even getting one is scary. I keep it under seventy, and stay in the granny lane most of the time. Helps me avoid a lot of tickets I suppose.
06driver Thanks this. -
