Going over on hours and running two log books are not just as dangerous with 80K lbs? Are you saying you have never padded the log book ever?

I would take that as a sign that you need to look into another career .

There is a difference in padding and rolling. Padding you gain an extra 15 minutes to an hour to finish what you need to do for the day, rolling you drive all day, roll it back and drive more.

Rolling is what is dangerous. It is also something that I refuse to do, why, because for one I like a good night sleep, 2 it is a good way to harm yourself and others, if not just by wrecking your health from sleep depravation.

Me, I dont think any load is worth driving 20 hours a day and wrecking my health, or possibly my career to make it happen.

    platinum Thanks this.
