Boy, you are quite the man at age 26. Just a word of advice: since you seem so brashly outspoken, there are times when things are best left unsaid. What this means is the most intelligent thing to possibly do at the time is to "shut your pie-hole"
-
I think you are refering to Joslen? Yeah he is a different breed for sure.
-
Platinum, yes I was referring to Jolsen. He's 26 years old, one year experience in trucking and he drives for Werner(lol) Oh yeah, he's Mr. "King of the Road" and has all the answers to life's questions................
-
Agreed. He has no tact at all. He brought himself out to be a tool. Driving for Werner could be the only company that would take him.

Uh ??? First off, I'll address the original poster. The "Federal Park" ticket, most likely will NOT show on your DMV. The Ranger should have explained this.
The whining ??? For getting caught ???
I got caught doing 63 in a 45 about 6 weeks ago. And while you haven't seen me ######## in this forum, I most certianly was raising hell with my lawyer.
I was pulling a 9% grade, grossing just over 79k. Officer claimed to have clocked me at the top of said grade. Fine...$100
Now I'm not stupid. My truck will only do 65 mph to begin with.
NOW...after paying out the ### for a lawyer. Then getting a request in writing to simply pay the fine, they will "lose" the ticket. I find out I was NOT even within the city limits of said "town" the ##### ticket was issued!!!!
Wanna hear some real whining ??? Stick around....
Total investment $630, at $20 an hour. I've got just over 30 hours to continue my beach session. -
Platinum, I woll give credit to Jolsen though. Alot of people his age wouldn't have the ambition nor balls to do what he does. In fact, alot twenty-somethings wouldn't even consider it.

He is a screwup and last thing he needs to do is get behind the wheel of a TRACTOR TRAILER -
I have called several attorneys and some want 300 to 600 dollars. I sent the court in Pensacola, FL a letter and proof of enrollment in school. Pending what happens with this ticket is if I will retain a lawyer for the other. After Several phone calls I was given a hint I could have it changed for failure to follow a traffic control device. I am not sure if that will show up on the DMV report, I will call monday to see what will and won't show up on the DMV. There is still hope. I now set my cruise control everywhere.

Tickets issued on our "parkway" are paid through the regional Federal office. Warrants are issued and enforced by U.S. Marshals. A hilarious site...if you've ever watched one being served on the mayor of your town/city.
Avoid the traffic control device. It could be more devastating than the speeding or reckless charge.
Unless you have reason to NOT fight a ticket. You should fight every ticket as if your life depended on it. Especially if you want to drive a truck, for very long.
