    I do Seattle and Portland on a regular basis, I can't remember having seen many uncontrolled intersections. Further, as already stated in an uncontrolled intersection driver on the right has right-of-way. Not to be rude, but the story is missing as many pieces as a pediatricians waiting room Lego set.
