Call his probation officer if you really want to get him. Of course, it will be hard to collect with him in jail. They would have to liquidate. Better be first in line.

Hey J f/NC i just caught this; could possible help; most especially i have been caught into these situations, lost SOooooooooooo much, and even swore off trucking. I have 2.5 million miles behind me; I know stuff! Whereas, at age 67, i am going back on the road, with what might be the best company i could find; (we will only know via experience, aye). However, they have been in business since 1972 (Flatbedding) and I do know about them. Training is 3 solid weeks; being paid $500 per/week, and the motel they put you up in; "Their Own" on site of the terminal, is wonderful digs. Should this prove perfectomondo, I will buy one of their used trucks, inclusive my bestest plan which i am not saying here, looking to see that work out perfectomondo. Then: its buying a Peterbilt 579 keeping my cruise control at 62/65mph for that wonder of 10.2 miles per gallon" whilst that is into the pure profit again; (inclusive the fuel surcharge to bring pump price down). If only we had the power; more than any president; our own governing body; we shut these 10,000 rotten companys down, put their owners & dispatchers in jail; now wait. why crowd up the jails. put them in hog pens slinging poo!
