I agree you probably want be fired. Doubt you even have to pay for it. But all companies are different. New guy at my work that only has 2 months on the job. Has flat spotted 10 tires and blew out 2 on 2 different trailers. Damaged a 5th wheel that had to be replaced. And screwed up at customers. But he's supposed to be an experienced driver.
I got stuck today. Will i be fired?

Some kid, that was the best friend of the plant managers son, came into ready mix green, everyone else required 3 years with clean record, went with trainers for like 3 months.
Got his own mixer. We only used the big ones, 11 yarders.
Think the second week he rolled over the city inspectors front quarter panel and hood with the rear booster.
He didn't even get a day off. -

Ok so just talked to my company. They said these things happen and that as long as i learned from it, im good. I'm waiting at shipper now for my home load!! I thank God so much for still having my job. And thanks to all of you for your comments.
