I hate crst van ex..

Ive had my truck for 5months and never washed it since. They never ask so i just left it to build dirt. When it rains its being washed lol.

 

Dude how can you stand it my trainers truck was at the 4 month mark before we found a truck o mat wash it was nasty on the out side (spotless on the inside) I'll be washing mine at home during the summer months.

 

Yes... CRST is the worst. You make nothing and have to run teams there are not good quality people to team with. From a list of 14 people not one called back. I have been with them three months and it has been a nightmare. Trainer was a nightmare co-driver was a nightmare. Other co-driver lasted 4 days. And if you loose your co-driver your out of luck you will be sent home until you can find another co-driver and it can take weeks or more. Do not go to this company.

 

Also No E-Z Pass or APU. Junk trucks. Junk company.

 

My co driver uses a spray hose and wash out some dirt at the fuel island. Once again CRST good for learning not for cashing. You gotta stay 3years get some real cash.

 

Crst has done so much illegal stuff to drivers its ridiculous, problem is they know that a lot of their drivers are at their mercy in so many ways, once off the truck, you still have to answer to the DAC report they leave of you. Just a quick example, they still owe me money and are asking me to pay the taxes on my schooling which isn't even half the amount they owe me! Still working on that, we'll see. Just FYI if you are going to go with CRST van ex. (which is highly discouraged) KNOW YOUR RIGHTS going into the company, I cannot stress that enough. Oh, and make sure you have a decent/good dispatcher. If the one you're assigned to is terrible, don't give him more than a month to straighten up his act, chances are it'll just get worste.

 

How long have you been driving for CRST? I'll tell you like everyone before me and during told me, "the first few weeks aren't so bad but give it time, a month tops, you'll wish you never considered truck driving let alone CRST Van Ex." Then you'll realize its just THAT company and there are pretty good companies out there, good luck to you and any other slav--err... I mean others who are still workin for CRST.

 

CRST always was that way. Imagine team driving in a 1980 GMC "ASTRO" Cabover?
