lol oh no ms rocks there'll be no more of that. at least at that location and for awhile. dispatch was none too happy the LTL guys weren't following procedure and being lazy and that they had to pay me rather nicely to do their job for them

I don't mind doing a piece or 2 if I have to just to get an empty but that many big pieces and moving that many trailers to do it in 95 degree heat after they've been closed up all day is unacceptable. not in my job description. we on truckload side are forbidden to handle the furniture. dispatch had to get approval from their boss, safety and the LTL manager and the truckload manager before they even asked. it's kind of a big deal with these folks if we have to handle to merchandise. they pay those LTL guys stupid money to do it.

 

At the bottom of the page in a blue banner it says truckers report-v2.
Click on that and choose the default setting. It solves what you are complaining about.

Also realize they are still building the V2 site. You may like it better once finished

 

Tapatalk will not be supported. That is probably what you heard. This software is so much better on a smartphone that you don't need it.

I used tapatalk for the old forum. It was unreadable without it on my phone. Not so now. Just open it in a browser on your phone. No need for a 3rd party app that keeps throwing adds at you.

 

Parked at the Love's at exit 95 on 65 in Indiana. I had about an hour left on my 14 but wanted a shower. Delivers tomorrow in Fort Wayne at 0830.

 

Parked at the little truck stop at the 115 on I-70 in Indiana. Gas Grill restaurant is pretty good here. I am stuffed. Its a Greek place but all the specials were Mexican tonight.

 

I just rolled in here. Knew there wasn't gonna be parking so I called ahead and reserved a spot. Risky on my part as I got here just as my 14 hr clock hit 0:00. But truth be told I was getting here no matter what. Shower and meal time then bed. Headed to Conn in the AM then turn right back around for Manassas VA.

 

New setup is starting to grow on me. Once I get used to it I think I'll like it just fine. I like that pictures are easier to post and you can summon people in the thread

Speaking of which...I believe it was mr. @RedForeman who at one time posted about bigrigmattress.com. I just put mine in my bunk and had the best night sleep I've had ever in the truck. Thanks Red!!

you could pay drivers another $.10/mile would have been just the same
been working full time since 1972 never asked about wages
