I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Devouring my healthy food that I've just finished cooking while chatting w/ Mr. FatDaddy scary clown...
Also cleaned windshields, did my paper log to reflect elog, did my trip paperwork, planned my day for tomorrow... after my meal will "rush" to bed... should be almost sleeping by now...
And here is where I am...



As you can see in this pic... (for those who can see this picture), is a GREAT spot... at this lovely truck stop in AL...
Aaah... the wonders of driving at night... and then being able to pick and choose which parking place I want...
Parked here instead of Petro a few more miles down the road cause I didn't like the parking spots at Petro... kinda too close to each other...

BTW... another freaking truck accident on the road today.. this time it was a roll over... and again... took the whole highway... folks had to drive on the shoulder... right between xt 104 and 106 on I-20E/59N in AL...

 

Speaking of the northeast made a drop last night in Jessup, limped back to the TA , few hours napping. Then up and emptied out in Upper Marlboro , MD at 0530. Then up to a cold storage by the port in Philly headed to Rogers, Ark . Least it is headed west , whew. Dispatch had me getting loaded at 1500 in Philly, jerks. Put it this way, I was scaling the load in Harrisburg at noon, shipper did me right.

Now here I sit at a Pilot in Bentlyville, PA off I-70, you know that part of I-70 with the suicidal on ramps in western PA.

 

Finished my meal... now will hit the sac... may start my night driving around 1 am or so... Will try to be in MD tomorrow for my next 10 hr break... but maybe not... maybe WV... Shall see... You all be very safe! And enjoy the roads!!!

 

It doesn't. They all got lost while looking for Ohio!

Where is this Connecticut you speak of? I'm in Indiana, load in the mornin' for Golden Co.

 

Parked at the Love's in Hubbard, Ohio. 8pm and still plenty of spots around the hill yet the lazy drivers are fighting over the close spots.

Didn't stop on the turnpike and according to my in and out times I averaged a respectable 64.47 mph. Not bad considering all the ####ing construction zones.

I remember a time when that average would have gotten you a speeding ticket in Ohio.

Walmart no doubt.
