    No offense runningman, but-

    I LOVE BUFFETS!!!!!!!!!!!!

All you have to do is confine yourself to soup, salad & veggies and you will have a healthier meal than anything you can order off the menu.

It is so typical of truckdrivers (and maybe humans in general) to make poor choices and then try to blame whoever made the choices available for the consequences of their poor judgement.

I'm not real fond of Subway, but if it's the healthiest choice I'll take it.

I even avoid gas stations that have an onboard Subway because the stink of their so-called bread makes me want to throw up. Gratifying to see that it's not just me.

I am inside a Subway right now. The only place I found in this town where I could plug my laptop. I am taking my 34.... they were very nice. I asked if they had hot tea and the manager got me a hot cup of tea. how nice :yes2557: Acctually I don't like the smell at Subways but I'm glad they have a veggie pizza for that's the only thing I eat there. Another day went to one that didn't have pizza, but they suggested a maxi veggie delite (as they call it) and that was pretty good. Unfortunatelly not all Subways have that....

Wendy's burgers are reasonably palatable, as is their chili, and Tim Horton's breakfast sandwiches are unlikely to kill anyone, but really? fast food, no wonder we have a short life expectancy. If the road doesn't get you, the food will.

I like my local subway all right, once or twice a week. But I've been going there a while, and can see they know how to handle the food and such. I've never been sick from eating there. Maybe at the truck stops, the QC and sanitation aren't so good?
