I Hate You All!

It wasn't bad since I was only gone for 3 days in the truck. But then I got the itch for a new "er" rig and of course had to go and get a #### payment too. So now I really regret getting rid of it.

Basically it was a daycab with a single size bed right behind the seat. More than 3 days on the road and it was a pain in the ###, but I did a lot of Auburn, IN to Tacoma, WA in it when I first bought it in 2005

 

$1200 a month truck payment, and add another $1200 a month in fuel cost OVER what the FLD was getting.... not good at all.

 

well I went from an 86 359 pete getting 4mpg to an 05 with a $1050/ mo note but the fuel mileage increase makes my payment

 

I am NEVER posting banana cream pie as the centerfold of my pie porn. I hate that stuff, it's nasty. And chocolate pie is one of the very few chocolate things I don't care for.

 

Yeah, I know I just got my Star a month ago, but if I am not going to do Heavy Haul for $4 a mile, then I can see myself getting rid of it very very soon!!!!

I could honestly get a brand new truck for $2400 a month and be spending the same #### amount of money!!!! WTF

Just wish I would have thought the decision thru a bit better before I made the jump. I could have kept the FLD, ran a 100 mile radius around Chicago and made the same amount of $ I am now only being home on weekends.

I honestly think that if I did the tanker thing like I was taslking about, I could prob make more $$$ with the Star than I can on the van side. Or I can get me a Step-deck and try my hand at that...... I am just a mess after all the BS today. No idea what to do
