I could hear it in his voice when we talked the other day. He definitely sounds happier and more relaxed. Of course it doesn't take much to sound happy versus his previous "I'm going to go postal and kill everything in sight when I finally do snap" persona.

oh ya sure. just head on into the patch and tell them I said it's ok
don't mind the electrified fence. lol
there has been some hiccups. if I keep having loads cancel it's going to get really irritating. You spend hours booking out your whole week and I never book a load without plotting out my next three moves so when one cancels I'm kinda stuck. -

I'm glad to hear that.... although I think Crazy Al is way more entertaining than Happy Al.
.... and that'll ensure Crazy Al will come around to visit once in awhile... sounds like a win win to me

I can totally understand that. Al, you know... I'm married to the master obsesser... sometimes he'll be talking and I'll get myself so stressed and he's like "what? it doesn't need to be worked on/fixed right now, I'm just watching it is all" I have top tell him to stop. Just don't tell me anything else, I can't sleep and I'm having aneurysms.
