I have 4 preventable accidents in my first 7 months

    In 3 1/2 years at my first trucking job I had no accidents, no tickets. And I still got fired. Looks like I could of been at Schneider the whole time and had a wreck or 2; or 4. And I’d still be employed.

    On the positive side you don't have any DOT accidents.
    Take each accident and try to turn it into an incident by creative writing.
    Stay where you are for at least a year accident free. You may want to move to a different account that keeps you out of tight spaces for a while.
    Figure out why your accidents happened and correct the behavior.
    When you stop somewhere practice backing, when you make a turn go slow enough to watch where those trailer tandems are.
