I have a conditional license with restriction number 6 from Maine

Is that something new?

I've never been hassled about my dui in 94.
Not even brought up.
The only restriction on my license is glasses.

When it gets 10 years old. Apply for expungement.

 

He's under Maine state laws.
Probably be ok if he moved to another state that doesn't have such draconian laws.

 

Thank you all so much for the informative responses, I really appreciate it. I actually may be getting hired by MLB as they called today and he was aware of the situation and still willing to work with me. Western is also calling me and they have a copy of the license as well so...things are looking up.
Thankfully, some companies are willing to forgive you for some bad decisions. I was more worried about the insurance companies saying no but it looks like some can work with it.
Again, Thank you all for the help and for not being judgmental and mean. I payed for it believe me and I'm not going to mess it up again.
I will let you know how it goes and will know for sure by the end of next week.

Yes and you guys are right it is a Maine thing. I didn't realize I never mentioned that but some of you figured that out anyway.

 

Ummm 2 duis your cdl is revoked for life my understanding

 

I don't think the rule applies to duis BEFORE cdl.
