I have a few ???? About Dac reports help plz

A lawyer maybe your best bet unfortunately,but if you win it will be removed.the key is proof and documentation, these are some of the reasons why I'm an OOIDA member. If you are not at fault and In The right you need to protect yourself. Or go to a smaller company,most of them don't really on hire rite for acurrate information.

 

Is that brake light on all the time? Cause that would be enough to get shut down, they could for the abs alone.

 

Very good job on having these pics handy! If i were you, i'll quit! i refused to drive a truck that's not safe! you have other drivers telling you that you should give two weeks notice to protect your DAC? the safety of others and yours are more important that a stupid DAC! imagine you going in an interstate and a whole wheel with that hub oil fails and you lose control and kill somebody? then how that DAC garbage looks like? keep those pics and tell them that you will report them to the DOT for running unsafe Semi Trailer if they post anything negative on your record!Dont risk your life in that death trap!

 

That's a bad thing for new driver's is the crap the good one's go thru. Hope it works out good for you.
