So why are Mexicans dark skinned, and blacks even more so? To adapt to their environment, maybe a little like how working dogs were bred and selected for a purpose. That's their genetic makeup. You can still train the thing how you want, just like a little kid from Pakistan can be a doctor and not a terrorist. It's about the environment you're brought up in.

So quit the ignorance.

If a dog is genetically predisposed to attacking people then biologically a certain ethnic group of people would be genetically predisposed to a life of crime.
If the laws of biology apply to dogs then it has to apply to people as well and if you don't like it applying to people then it cannot apply to dogs either.

I think the deposit is high because there are so many people who do not keep up the truck. Hair gets into air systems, etc. If they don't walk them like they should be, then there is that mess. Then there might be scratches and scrapes from toenails, or chewing from a bored dog, or teething puppy. You can't get to a bath with them, so stinky smells may accumulate easily.
