How about it Sam? Did you get things worked out, or are you sitting in the pokey down in the sunshine?

I would not come to Florida to settle this. I would call and see what can be done first and formost. Then if need be get a lawyer and take care of the problem. My goodness most dont know how law enforcement works here in Florida. I had a driver friend of mine that had Ohio come down here to get him for an low felony drug charge and he sit in jail here for 60 days before the state of Ohio came to get him. And then he went to ohio and sit for 39 days before a court date was set and then they reduced the charge and set him free. I would never turn myself in with the laws as they are heck with that. they dont get in any kind of hurry regardless of the crime. But do try and get this problem resolved.

This is a very good subject! I too believe that I may have a couple out on me! I can discuss mine though.
I was a young , dumb Trucker coming up in the ranks, I got a ticket in Tennesse(knoxville) and one in Atlanta(fulton co.) the ATL one was 12 yrs ago and the TN one 15 yrs ago
Now I have searched and googled everything I can think of, especially since I will be backout on the road here shortly and I can not find anything.
Any info on finding out how to clear these up would be very helpful.
And I just had to renew my hazmat under TSA! and nothing came up

Samstone. You have had this warrant for two years and never knew about it until now? I can see how that might be. I am thinking you need to drive only at night. Get Prepass to avoid the scales. Never ever speed. Never have a burnt out light on truck or trailer. Never sleep on an on ramp. Never sleep in a rest area. And if you manage all of these things, you might not have a problem.
