Tesoro has a terminal out there aka ARCO should be hourly with OT.
    Also:

    Apex fuels
    Superior tank lines
    Flyers transportation
And more just can't think right now

Evans runs out of San Diego as well. And there's KAG too but meh...

And Cali kid is just jealous that when sentinel drivers don't have enough skill to do some of the difficult 76 stations they call in the pros with the red and silver trucks ;) That's how it works right :laughing5:

And thanks for the update OP

What so you guys use your semis for anyway? The white tractors with the fuel trailers placarded for gas, not the oil/chemical trucks.

We were using them for fuel at easy station's but now they keep um parked and are looking to replace them. Sucks to since those trucks are brand new but they are setup for crude hauling so they have a long wheel base

I think you'll find that OT and high hourly wage being phased out as fast as they can. Everyone knows you drop a lot of ARCO drivers and they'll strike and the terminals not union will be sick. So new hires well not see what the old ARCO drivers saw. You can expect that however you get paid it will be lower than last year if you run the same. Glad I got out when I did.

Grandfathered arco driver pay is $31/hr and new hire max is $27/hr. Tesoro does not have a cap on overtime like BP did. I just talked to an arco driver last week who told me that and said he was working 6 days on, 1 day off, 70-80 hours, making $3k per week. Said he preferred tesoro to BP because BP limited overtime.

Good to hear. Sure wish they were hiring in San Diego. I'll keep checking...

Well I know that here in LA Evans Dedicated works very closely with tesoro, they park a lot of trucks at the vinvail terminal, so getting on with Evans might give you a leg up when arco has an opening.
