I have quite possibly become the laziest Owner Operator ever. I go out for 8-10 days and take 5 days off. I haven't even touched a tarp in over 2 months.

    Life is good.

My goal (opposing team: my wife) is to find a way to be the laziest still-getting-paid freight broker in North America for the next four to five months.

RTS called me yesterday asking if I've selected a different fuel card since I haven't used mine in over a week.

I just don't see a reason to kill myself to make a dollar anymore.

That makes me feel better, I run out ten to fourteen days and take around a week off, BUT I tarped ( well smoke tarp), my last three loads, I must be working harder than I thought.

    whoopNride and nightgunner Thank this.

Working to live rather than living to work. Sounds like you're doing just fine.

When I am out herein it is strictly business. At home, I do my best to not even look at the truck. I spend more time in the recording studio or learning how to use my new MIG welder.
