Also keep your eyes open for local smaller private companies that may give you a chance with a job. Often being in the right place at the right time is what it takes to get your start unless going with one of the big carriers who are better able to accommodate a new driver.

You do not give an exact time frame you were actually driving, especially as a solo driver. you may have been there 3 months, but how many months ACTUAL driving time do you have, one FULL month (30 days), 2 FULL months, (60 days), etc, etc.

As it stands, you DO NOT HAVE the required time in as a solo driver.

As was suggested, you very well may have to go back to school and get a refresher course under your belt. Also, find a way to check your background, regarding the case. Is it all cleared up now, and off the record?

I wish you well, but make the steps to go back to school, they have placement assistance, they SHOULD help you here as well.

Keep us up to date on your progress.

    Best of luck to you.

If you're sending in applications on-line then it makes sense that no company will touch you. How can you expect any other outcome from a company when all they have to go on is what is written on paper? They have no idea what kind of person your are and you'll be judge against clean drivers with a spotless record. You need to hit the bricks and explain in person.
