Because i only worked for one company (class A job), and I left on good terms.. (or so I think lol) but yeah I would love to check my DAC record.

Also keep your eyes open for local smaller private companies that may give you a chance with a job. Often being in the right place at the right time is what it takes to get your start unless going with one of the big carriers who are better able to accommodate a new driver.

As it stands, you DO NOT HAVE the required time in as a solo driver.
As was suggested, you very well may have to go back to school and get a refresher course under your belt. Also, find a way to check your background, regarding the case. Is it all cleared up now, and off the record?
I wish you well, but make the steps to go back to school, they have placement assistance, they SHOULD help you here as well.

If you're sending in applications on-line then it makes sense that no company will touch you. How can you expect any other outcome from a company when all they have to go on is what is written on paper? They have no idea what kind of person your are and you'll be judge against clean drivers with a spotless record. You need to hit the bricks and explain in person.
