    Wassup People,

New to this trucking site and enjoying it so far. I've recently passed my Class A CDL Exam and obtained my learner's permit. I'm a native New York, but now live in the great state of PA where I received my permit. I'm wondering if anyone might know of an employers/truckers that might be willing to teach me how to drive properly and safely, so that I can pass my skills and inspection tests. I'd like to do this ASAP and I'm looking for mentor or great company to possible link up with. I'm a hardworker, and dedicated.

    Any words or advice?

    Thanks.

In pa there should be all kinds of jobs in the oil patch. Might try a water hauling, or sand hauling company.

I have. But school is just too costly for me right now, with a family of four. I was hoping to maybe find a company or an Owner Operator, that might be willing to teach me. Kind've like a mentorship. I would be willing to compensate for time and training, and I'm hoping that this might be a more suitable approach for me. If you know anyone in around Philadelphia, I would appreciate the help.

    Thank you!
