I have no idea?

    Posible. Not up to date on heavy duty diesle motor regs. But i know on powerstrokes if there was a lack of power complaint, i always checked intake flow (air filter mostly followed by the charge pipe) the exhuast (dpf amostlynd the 2other filters whoes names i forget but all the pipeing) and the turbo. If air cant flow to the turbo theres no air to compress. Power loss. If exhuast cant flow, turbo cant spool. Power loss.
